IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

 

The smallest tent available is a 30ft x 30ft ( 9.15m x 9.15m) with increments of 20ft (6.1m) in length. The size you will need will depend on the amount of guests you intend to cater for and what items you wish to have e.g Dance floor, Bar etc...

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Contact us using the above enquiry formgive us a call and we'll go from there.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

 

No Daily rate, all will be quoted for first so you will know how much our services cost upfront and this will be for the whole event period.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

 

Yes as soon as possible, we are very busy all year round.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

 

Yes we will have an emergency number for you to contact if anything happens and you feel you need our help.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

 

We ask for a 30% deposit initially to secure the date you require and then the full balance is payable 3 weeks before your event.
